Radlein Obituary February 18 1943. Recorded as missing
November 21 1943. Previously reported missing, now known to have been kiIled in action in North Africa, in December, 1942, Philip Raymond Teichman, Major, Royal Fusiliers (T), and Parachute Regiment. The announcement that Philip Teichman has been killed in action will cause grief to many old Radleians. He was at Radley from 1926-31 (Macpherson's, A,) and during that period he entered with enthusiasm into many spheres of Radley life. Particularly was he prominent in the Musical world being both in the choir and orchestra. He had a great sense of humour with which he regaled his contemporaries and they will always remember him as a delightful companion
