November 19 1944. Killed in action in France in July, 1944, Dennis Patrick Teichman, Major, Wiltshire Regt. (Nugee's, B, 1929-33), the youngest and last survivor of three brothers. From Radley he went on to Caius, Cambridge, where he read history. He had held a Territorial Commission since 1935. He was killed while looking for his batman who was missing after a night raid. His commanding officer wrote that he was absolutely splendid, quite fearless and an inspiration to his men. That we can well believe. June 6 1946.
