Radlein Obituary June 13 1943. Recorded as missing
November 21 1943. In May 1943, Anthony Vyvyan Harper, Pilot Officer, R.A.F.V.R. He came to Radley from Highfield School, Liphook, in 1934 (Nugee's-Eason's, B) and left in 1939. He will perhaps be best remembered by his contemporaries as a member of the Dramatic Society and a very keen and efficient stage-hand. In his early years at School he was not outstanding but he developed well later and was a House Prefect before he left. Many of us have pleasant memories of his visits to Radley after his return from America, for he was stationed not very far away for a considerable time.
