Radlein Obituary November 23 1941. Killed in action in Libya in June, 194I, Major Noel Christopher Bertram Fellows, R.T.R (Macpherson's, A, 1926-30). He rowed in the 1st VIII in 1930, and was also in the 2nd XV. On leaving he passed into R.M.C., Sandhurst, and in 1932 was gazetted to the R Tank Corps., as it then was. Of a constantly pleasant and cheerful disposition, he was one of those boys who are bound to be popular wherever they go.
His commanding officer writes: "Noel was beloved by every
one. Not only was he efficient in every way. but his delightful
and very charming disposition helped the unit along tremendously
and he is a very great loss."
