Radlein Obituary June 17 1945. In Burma in April, 1945. Peter Alexander Cash-Reed. Capt., RA. (Smale's, H. I932-36). Peter Cash-Reed was typical of that very vigorous generation of boys in Smale's - independent, but at the same time with a great loyalty to his Social and full of enthusiasm for everything connected with it. He became a House Prefect, and in 1936 went on to the R.M.A. at Woolwich. He was commissioned in I938, and after serving in France in the early days of the war, was sent to Burma. His loss will be deeply mourned by the many friends he made while he was at Radley.
November 25 1945. Recorded on the Roll of Honour
